An energy-work meditation where you will learn to manage your most valuable asset--your attention. Who and what controls your attention controls you. As a spirit you can be in many places simultaenously. You do not operate in time and space like your body does. As we create in our life, we put our attention in many different energy spaces. You as a spirit can be in more than one place at a time. This is a spiritual ability. But, if you do not “regroup”, you become “scattered”. You then lose control and get off your path. As you meditate, you collect your attention and come into present time. Then you can see (6th chakra) & know (7th chakra) what your next step is. Then when you go forth into your life again you do so from your truth in present time. The end experience of this for you in your life is that you are “happy” and have a sense of wellness and satisfaction.
